Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

We process your orders throughout the week, and ship as soon as it is processed. Depending on the item, orders will usually be processed within 3-4 weeks and then shipped out. Items, such as prints, and custom orders for figurines and stuffed animals may take longer to process and ship, (be sure to read details under each listing for additional information) but we will keep you updated throughout the process. Once your products are shipped, they should arrive within 3-5 business days within the continental US. All packages will include a tracking number that will be sent to your registered email. 

 

Products that are handmade, take time to finalize. There is only one of us packaging your treasures, and we have recently had an increase in orders! If your product has a shipping delay, we will notify you immediately.

 

Once the package is out of our possession, it is no longer our responsibility. See returns and exchanges and contact us if your product is damaged in transit.

 

If you are outside of the continental US please reach out to us and we can give you custom shipping quotes so there are no surprises! Also, regarding VAT, we are not responsible and do not charge VAT fees. All VAT fees are the customers responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales through us are final! :)

We do not accept returns on any of our products.

Exchanges are available if you contact us within 14 days of having received your product. In order to receive your exchange, you will be responsible for shipping the original/damaged product back to us.

We now offer "surgery" on any lil fellas who have minor booboos! We understand that accidents happen and we would be devastated if that happened to us. Our surgery option works as follows: 

           1) reach out to us about your injured pal- preferably through our email contact@lilgoblintingz.com

           2) you will be responsible for shipping to and from to cover the cost of surgery

  • If extensive repairs are needed we will charge a fee, but we will let you know before we do any patches. We will give you the option to pay for further repairs or not

           3) we fix your buddy all up and send them back to you to continue to bring you joy <3
